Subject Access Request for Refunds

I recently had an issue with my gym where they consistently did not cancel my direct debits and continued to charge me even though I had frozen / cancelled their services, whenever I would complain to the gym manager they would essentially do nothing.

I wrote this letter to their legal team and my issue was quickly resolved.
